Join this network
The event will be in the South Waterfront Park in front of Umpqua Bank. The first 30 people will get pumpkins, the first 42 people will get Halloween Collars (assuming we have enough of the right sizes) and beautiful Halloween Cookies.
It's going to be fun. It starts at 10:30 and goes until 3.
