Awards club
I would like to create an awards group (board) where we acknowledge the outstanding achievements in the animal care industry. A group that also motivates all of us do to even more! Monthly or quarterly. I don't think it would be necessary to have all animal care industry sign up for it to get awards but just a board or group of piers that can divvy out the certificates and gifts.

I think it is a great idea Sunday. What can I do to help? I do think categorizing would be nice or doing a group each month. Say one month you recognize daycares, another trainers, groomers, vets, ... Just a thought. oooh and a random acts of kindness month would be great!!!
