Oregon Dog Rescue is an all-breed, no-kill shelter. It is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization An all-volunteer group, Oregon Dog Rescue is devoted to placing the dogs in the best homes and assuring the long-term success of the adoption.

- Introduce Yourself
- I have lived in Portland for 3 years, after moving here from Maryland. I am interested in dog training and behavior and am the new owner of Salty's Dog & Cat shop on SE Stark Street.
- Tell us about your pets
- I have three Australian Shepherds. Kiva is a 9 year old red bi male who plays flyball and is currently in remission from lymphoma. Jester is a 4 year old black tri male who is anxious but sweet. Both are rescue dogs through ARPH. Rowan is the new addition to the family as of May, 2009. She is also a rescue through HeRD of WY, is 2 yrs old and is a red merle, though with very little merling.

I just posted a question on the flyball group page, but thought I would ask you personally as well. How do I get into flyball? Clyde, our aussie/lab mix that we also got from ARPH, is just plain ole ball crazy and I think he would be great. Can you help us get started?
