I've been in Portland for two years and I adopted Theo on June 8, 2009. I haven't owned a dog since my childhood-- so this has been an adventure.

Shih Tzu named Theo. He turned one on October 22, 2009. I adopted Theo when he was 7.5 months old, and I'm his second mommy (not counting the breeder). We've overcome some challenges in the short time we've been family-- stranger anxiety, separation anxiety, and socialization with other dogs. Theo is a healthy dog that loves everyone-- people, canine, and feline alike. He enjoys going to doggie daycare, my work office, and dog parks. He's a curious guy who loves to watch people and other dogs on our daily walks, and will do anything for a belly rub. He's also my snuggle bug-- curling up right next to me when we go to bed. Imagine this guy "chillin'" in your lap, looking like his cute self... it is truly priceless.
