New Rule for Events

Events must be approved by the event leaders before posting the event. The member posting the event must be clearly known by the network manager (Andrea).

At this point, any member can post a non-commercial event without the network manager's approval.

In the future, it is possible that Events will need the network manager's approval before posting.
