Contact person in Clackamas for abused dog

Hello All

A friend wants to report a matted, neglected little female dog who lives in a back yard and my friend says the owner breeds herto sell the pups. We know not all calls are taken seriousy so was hoping for a name of a contact that if he documents with photos, this person would at least check it out.

Definitely document with photos if possible.

I would contact both Clackamas County Animal Control: 503-655-8628, and the Oregon Humane Society, there is a phone number as well as a web form for reporting animal cruelty, along with guidelines for reporting, at the following link:
http://www.oregonhumane.org/services/report_neglect_abuse.asp
